There are a lot of bales that have to be put onto the truck. The driver aims the spike at the center of the round hay bale.

While one truck is being loaded the other trucks are taking hay to be stored. After he sticks the spike into the bale, the front end loader tilts the bale so that it won't fall off the spike.

 

It looks easy but it takes a lot of practice to do it well. Next the driver raises the bale high enough to put the bale onto the truck.

 

Easy does it. Then the bale is put onto the truck.  When the bale is in place the driver backs up so that he can go get another bale. Let's go get another one.
