The goose family on parade.

Mother goose, her children and the 2 adopted ducks are on their way to the irrigation ditch for a swim.  One young goose has some black feathers that look like sideburns on the side of his head.  That's why he got the name "Elvis".

This is a domesticated African goose.

 

The goose family is looking out for the dogs.

Is the coast clear?  Where are the dogs?  OK, let's run for it!

It does not matter how much water there is, any water is enough to have fun in.

The irrigation ditch is only about 50 centimeters wide, but that doesn't stop them from having a good time.

 

This is a wild Canada goose.
