This is Mr. Wonderful. It is normal for him to have neck skin that looks like a bad case of warts. When the "Tom" turkey gobbles, his neck puffs up and it stretches out. The long loose skin that hangs below his beak is called a "wattle". |

A female turkey is called a "Hen".

There are black, brown and white turkeys on the ranch, but turkey farmers sometimes use other names for the colors. Black is called "bronze", brown is called "bourbon", and white is just plain "white".
